To better link global investors with the opportunities brought by the construction of the Hainan Pilot Free Trade Port, China's island province Hainan launched an upgraded six-language service hotline on April 13.

Run by the Hainan International Business Council (HIBC), the 4008-413-413 hotline started its trial operation on March 9 and offers services in Chinese and English and now it offers services in Chinese, English, Russian, Japanese, German, and French languages.

It was also announced on the same day that Viya, one of the top live streamers in China and a renowned celebrity of e-commerce platform Taobao, was invited to be the ambassador for the global investment service hotline.

The tropical island welcomes global investors to call the hotline to learn about investment opportunities of the Hainan Pilot Free Trade Port and the HIBC is ready to provide one-stop service for global investors.
